At ThruDark, we are committed to providing elite-tier equipment; if your gear doesn't meet your requirements, you can return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be in original, unworn condition with all technical tags attached to qualify for processing.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Gear
Securely repackage your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and protective bags are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our base, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
